Job Description and Requirements
we are looking to recruit an E& I Instrument Technician. Reporting to the LNG Terminal Lead you will be responsible for performing electrical and instrumentation maintenance, fault diganostics, repair and modification activities within the company facilities to provide optimal availabilty, reliabilty and cost optimisation whilst ensuring that the highest safety and environmental standards are maintained. The successful candidate must hold a degree or diploma in electrical engineering and have the following
•5 years post certificate maintenance experience in oil/gas industry or, 5 to 10 years post apprenticeship experience of oil and gas field facilities.
•5 years in a senior position.
•Experience in safe low, medium, voltage electrical isolation procedures including 400 v systems.
•Experience of working in Hazardous Classified areas such as Class 1 div.1 and 2 or Ex Zones 1, 2 and 3.
•Skilled in Root Cause Analysis.
•Experience in computerised maintenance management systems.
•LNG and/or FPSO/FSO experience
