Job Descriptio The focus of this position is in carrying out lab sessions in the area of Food chemistry and analysis but a wider expertise in food science discipline is desirable. Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level. The application package should include a detailed CV with a brief description of teaching philosophy and courses taught. English is the language of instructions and communication in the Department of Food Science.
Minimum Qualification Applicants must have an earned master’s degree in Food Science. Proficiency in the English language is required. The ability to teach undergraduate Food Science courses is a must.
Preferred Qualification The ability to teach undergraduate food science courses is a must. Experience of work at a food science laboratory is desirable. Experience in teaching laboratory courses in food chemistry and analysis is preferred.
