Education: Board certified/MRC/Ms/MD in Pediatrics with sub-specialty certification in Neonatology
Experience: 2 years experience preferred in Neonatology
License: from all countries of practice
Brief:
The Neonatologist plans and carries out medical care program for infants. Examines patients to determine the presence of disease and to establish preventive health practices. Determines nature and extent of disease or injury prescribes and administers medications and immunizations, and performs a variety of medical duties. He/she renders appropriate care for neonates in the NICU and inpatient ward and in those cases where a referral to another tertiary care center is more appropriate, shall contact the consultant and arrange referral/transfer to these centers.
