Purpose of the Job:
Effectively manage the Corporate team (Education and Training Counsellors) and maintain a strong positive image for KTS as the leading community institution in the UAE and the region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meeting Sales Goals and achieving quotas target.
• Manage Corporate Team and all marketing activities provided to corporate customers and major clients.
• Actively participate in regular sales meetings and fulfill administrative duties as required.
• State and regularly evaluate a motto for KTS.
• Maintain a strong presence in KTS at all major exhibitions.
• Ensure that the corporate customers are well informed about the range of service and training courses offered by KTS.
• Ensure that the corporate customers are well informed about a specific event such as a public seminar.
• Assist the Corporate Sales Manager in maintaining a strong presence for KTS at all local newspapers and IT magazines.
• Conduct and assist in Public Seminars (in-house & outdoor).
• Help with the material and design ideas of KTS Brochures and Catalogues.
• Maintain strong links with the local IT/Business industry and potential employers of KTS graduates.
• Represent KTS with a positive attitude and strong work ethics that will maintain a maximum retention rate and manage growth.

• Additional tasks may be delegated as per the requirement.
Job Specification:
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or Masters is required from an accredited institution/university.
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in the Vocational training Industry within G.C.C. region.
Age
• Between 25 years to 45 years

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Personality Traits: Aggressive, Confident, Convincing and persuasive.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
