Position: HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Head of HR, will be responsible for all day to day HR activities like recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, leave, benefits & compensation.
• Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and interviews
• Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including weekly and monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes
• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
• Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
• Develop and maintain talent management processes.
• Monitor employee morale and company culture..
• Identify future staffing needs.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
• Proven success working in an HR generalist role
• Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws
• Manufacturing Industry experience
• Proven experience in handling headcount of 500+ employees
• Experience in hiring blue collared and white collared jobs
