Must be able to apply powder paint to the product as required
Must be experienced using various gun settings as per the coating item
Have a sound understanding of the coating process and how to coat tricky items
Load and unload paint line, monitor operations and cure temperatures, make adjustments, and record operational data.
Perform basic maintenance of equipment as required.
Perform cleaning and color changes as required with ability to avoid contamination.
Inspect completed work pieces for defects as required to maintain quality standards.
Assist others in all paint operations.
Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment.

Ability to work within a team environment.
Must demonstrate an ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Good communication skills.
2-3 year(s) experience in powder or wet paint operations
