We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor who has an extensive knowledge of MEP & Civil predominantly in the retail sector.
المهارات
Managing and overseeing daily site civil & MEP works
Undertaking site surveys
Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly prior to submissions
Review and comment on the document submittals, inspection requests and technical query
Supervising staff on site
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications and deadlines
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially Quantity Surveyors and Project Manager
Coordinate with site team and participate in site inspections
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Liaising with Quantity Surveyors about the ordering of materials
Inspection of on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project
Ensuring that health and safety policies are adhered to
Valid UAE Driving License is a must
