Work location: Ajman
Language skills: English mandatory
Description:
• Prepare new PC units, allocate and distribute within internal customers accordingly.
• Install software as per the installation checklist and ensure proper functionality.
• Monitor and restrict any unauthorized access
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Provide resolution to internal clients’ technical issues, ensure direct resolution where possible, and update the progress of the assigned logs using IT Helpdesk Applications.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software Escalate tier 2 incidents to the relevant vendor support team and follow up for the closure.
• Direct unresolved issues to the ICT Manager
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Maintain Datacenter infrastructure and equipment.
• Manage license usage of all Operational software.
Requirement:
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT/Desktop Support role (UAE Experience).
• A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in using Helpdesk Tools.
• Candidates available in UAE immediately may only apply.
