About the Position:

We are currently looking for competent & performance driven Service Advisors with premium brand experience to work with our Toyota & Lexus team in UAE. Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop, they are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.

This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Group. It will work 6 days a week with a holiday on Friday. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will also earn attractive incentive on your good performance.

As part of our Service team, your key responsibilities are as follows:

Attend promptly and greet with a smile
Ask Question and record customer requests without delay
Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at workshop.
Empathize and clarify customer requests.
Check workshop situation and promise delivery time.
Check and ensure accordance of invoice and work performed.
Inform customer after work completion and agree pick up time.
Clear explanation of the job done and invoice and guide to the cashier.
Promotion of value added services
Resolution of Customer concerns at the earliest time and ensures satisfaction.

المهارات
About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good general level of education. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical and communication skills.

UAE Nationals with Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Engineering Diploma or Graduation background would be an ideal fit.
