Job Context:
This role is mainly for multi-brands Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hino, Hyundai among others - for pre-owned buses, pick up, vans and trucks and will cater to B2B and B2C sales.
About the Position:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced -Sales Consultant to join our growing team for Al-Futtaim Motors Pre-owned Commercial Vehicle Showroom, Ajman UAE.
Your main role is to sell and market Commercial Multi-brand Vehicles and to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and revenue generation for the company. Most Important, as Sales Consultant your primarily responsible for achieving/exceeding the targeted sales of pre-owned Commercial Vehicles.
Reporting to Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the branch by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings.
This position also requires to regularly visit prospective client, promote and sell Commercial vehicles.
Selling Service contracts with the vehicles will be key as this will be an important KPI for this role to promote service facility within the premises.
Regularly monitoring the used commercial vehicle market, competitor’s activities, pricing and general market condition and discuss the data with the branch Sales Manager to plan future market related strategies.
Maintains an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns.
Conducts regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels.
Ensure that the customer’s expectations always meet or exceed the Al-Futtaim set standards.
Attend sales meetings and modular training sessions, refresher courses that introduce new products and make sure the Sales Manager / Branch Manager is informed if additional training is required.
Document and maintain all records in the deal pack as per the SOP.
Ensure To ensure that Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target
المهارات
About You:
UAE Driving License is a must.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience in automotive industry.
Sales experience on multi-brand commercial vehicle i.e. trucks, buses, in UAE Market is highly preferred
Candidate with Technical knowledge on commercial vehicles will have an edge for this role.
Knowledge/experience on Checking Vehicles, inspection of the vehicles- damaged/accident will be added value to this role
Strong knowledge of Sales process, Finance & Insurance structure, systems and methodology
