Onsite Support services to resolve desktop issues
Install Laptops, Desktops, Printers, and Scanners etc. as per requirement, add/remove accessories, devices, peripherals and configure PCs.
Installation of the standard Desktop Application packages like MS Office, Mail Client etc. along with the relevant updates that may accompany the application as part of the contract
Installation and configuration specific software packages Identify incidents related to Application, or Operating System
Apply emergency software fixes in support of problem resolution Ensure proper local area connectivity to all desktops laptops.
Routine checking of anti-virus log files for checking of any virus detected and cleaned on the desktop
Support in setting up projectors Video Conferencing at user end as and when required
Should be ready to move around various locations on a monthly basis in Dubai, Ajman, RAK locations
