Warehouse Operator

Styched is a rapidly growing fast fashion brand. While online is its primary play, its core is driven by solid operations, intelligent technology and customer-oriented marketing. We at Styched are looking to hire committed and hard-working operations associates to work on our production and operate directly on the fast fashion products being readied for our customers. In the role as Production executive, this person will own functions such as heat press/fusing the print designs and/or packaging of the T-shirts, jeans and other fashion segments; and hence work directly on the print-on-demand production line for our customers.
We are looking for a person with high energy and commitment to work on production line, who understands basic flow and demands of quality and timelines for operational effectiveness and efficiency. This stems from a core commitment and passion towards process excellence and serving the needs of the customer.
This position is based at the Styched production center in UAE in free zone, with travel as required.

Responsibilities
- Operate the heat press/fusing and packaging line or any production process thereof, for the readiness of fast fashion products for our Styched customers. This implies understanding and operating heat press machine, its technical settings or any part thereof as appropriate, and seamless flow of material downstream.

- Full responsibility for the management of quality and timely delivery of the T-shirts/fashion apparels in the production line. Daily/weekly/monthly targets for production will be prepared and communicated in advance and will be the key KPI to be fulfilled for that production line
Diligent planning of printed designs , T-shirt material in advance and adequate quality checks to ensure heat press/fuse and packaging is done in a proper , high quality manner
Continuously ideate, rationalize and identify means to improve timely delivery of printed T-shirts/fashion apparel , feedback to upstream processes like printing to manage flow and understand/recommend any quality improvements to heat press/fusing or any such process.
