Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager/Head in achieving the sales targets, and maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to general enquiries
Answering telephone calls and relaying messages to sales representative
Maintaining the Vendor/customer files as per company guidelines
Preparing and tracking sales proposals /agreements.
Assisting customers on requests that can be handled internally within the framework of delegated responsibility\
Promoting communication, coordination, and cooperation between Marketing and other departments
Assisting in maintaining the customer base through good service and customer support
Handling incoming sales calls and potential business deals
Generating MIS reports for departments reviews

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with relevant experience
Competencies:
Behavioral: Cross-functional handling, Problem solving, Communication skills, Team player, Negotiation skills
Technical: Knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, Sales and Production processes
