Reporting to the CEO, you willl establish & implement strategic direction and plans for the organization. You will be responsible for acquiring new business, support with project implementation and onboarding of new customers along with maintaining relations with existing clients. Responsibilities: 2. Key Account Management: Oversee all existing business. Negotiate concessions and deal terms directly with existing clients on renewals, extensions, early terminations, etc 3. Strategic Market Analysis: Analyze and investigate all possible prospective sites/markets within the targeted location and determines best possible opportunity for the Company 4. Service and Quality Excellence: Consult and work closely with Project Management & Implementation team (Operations Manager, ICT team, Team leaders, etc) to design and oversee service quality strategy and manuals to be adopted as standard measures for new and existing projects 5. Contracts and Agreements: Partner with Finance team on documenting contracts and ensure execution of all contracts and amendments are aligned with Company standards. |
