الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead the integration of multiple sub-system into a complex system. You shall have multiple fields of knowledge and expertise such as hydroponics, aquaponics, control system.
- Responsible to design and manage the agriculture procject.
- Play a key role in the development and management of project timelines, priorities, risks, budget, and resources in order to create and maintain reliable plans for ongoing projects.
- Establish and maintain integrated project schedules to enable accurate project timelines and financial analyses, and ensure accurate functional input provision into business planning processes.
- Responsible for the daily planning, Organization, Supervisour, and administration of activities on farm estates.
- OBSERV ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS TO CONSULT WITH CONTRACTORS AND/OR TO MONITOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
- Check the agricultural machinery and equipments regaularly to ensure adequate performance.
- Supervise food processing or manufactruring plant operations.
- Ensure that all products from the farm are complied with the requirements of UAE minstry of agriculture.
- Ensure delivering with high quality productes to compete wuth UAE market.
المهارات
1- Must be Agriculture graduated.
2- Very good experience in Hydroponic agriculture type and green houses.
3- Must have 5 years experience in farming cycle in GREEN HOUSES (Crops - Dosing - Harvest - Food Production - Fertilization system ..etc)
4- HACCP knowledge and GCC experience will be extremely advantage.
5- Must have supervising and managerial skills. ERP system knowledge will be advantage.
