System Analyst with dedicated programming experience and strong knowledge is required. Proficient with life-cycle of a Internally developed software system, from analyzing existing arrangements, developing new system to implementing systems and providing training.
Duties include:
Examining current systems and requirements gathering, evaluating procedures and processes
Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
Liaising with other IT and managerial positions to produce new systems, producing specifications for new or modified systems
Consult with managers to determine the role of the software system in an organization
Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness
Devise ways to make existing software systems meet new needs
Design and develop new software systems, controls solution by establishing specifications, coordinating production with fallow programmers
Oversee installing and configuring the new system to customize it for the organization
Conduct tests to ensure that the systems work as expected, implementing new systems
Train the system’s end users and write instruction manuals, when required
Provides reference by writing documentation.
