- Prospects for new customers, develops new business, targets key prospects, and retains business
- Presents and discusses the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity, and superior understanding and fulfillment of customer needs
- Develops sales strategy in conjunction with management and identifies joint marketing opportunities where applicable
- Communicates effectively with management and the marketing and production teams, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met
- Develops rapport with prospects and builds relationships with customers
- Develops and executes an ongoing plan to target
- Maintains current customer accounts as assigned by offering consulting services, following up on quotes, and handling customer satisfaction issues
- Attends daily sales meetings and keeps manager aware of special order deadlines and finishing requirements to ensure the most efficient delivery schedule possible
- Attends sales meetings to discuss outstanding quotes and review the targeted account plan, new customer work orders, and other outstanding issues

المهارات
Minimum 2 years related experience in Marketing Building Materials product “Like (plaster, tile glue, grout and gypsum plaster)” in UAE market.
Good communication skills
Hard worker
Strong personality
Selling system provided with state of the art tools.
Basic salary + Comission
Health Insurance
Visa provided
Arabic speaking not necessarily but an advantage.
