1- Supervise Operation and Maintenance HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Equipment during the shift duty timing.
2- Chillier Management System with analyzing knowledge in the parameter for smooth operation of chillier and Related Equipment.
3- Operation of Building Management Systems (Johnson Control)
4- Ensure the implementation of Health & safety procedures
5- Assign corrective maintenance work for technicians
6- Provide work permits to subcontractors.
7- Operation & maintenance of ICE Plant for Ice scatting
8- Operation of Reverse Osmosis System
9- General & Safety Inspection for outlets
10- Assign corrective maintenance work for technicians.
11- Supervise planned preventive and corrective maintenance works of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems.
12- Ensures all policies and procedures of the facility are enforced.
13- Monitor and coordinate with outsourced service providers in accordance to agreed Service levels.
14- Conducts regular walk around on the mall to see the facility to assist visual maintenance and security.
15- Monitor statutory testing of fire alarm and fighting, generator, and other life safety systems.
16- Attend weekly on-site meetings to perform snags, give general design advice and feedback on tenant construction progress and convey the findings and timely recommendations back to the client in a report.
17- Liaise with authorities and municipality to ensure the framework set for tenants to easily understand and obtain such approvals as required.
18- Arrange Introduction meetings and ensure that tenants are fully aware of the fit-out procedures and milestones.
19- Facilitate and attend meetings and discussions with retailers and tenants to provide an explanation of the design comments (when necessary).
20- Support tenants (where necessary) in finding an adequate fit-out contractor.
21- Supervise and ensure all FM staff adhere to assigned job roles.
22- Report to and assist the Facilities Manager with various works.
23- Attend to issues raised by the Owners Association and residents regarding community issues.
المهارات
1- Graduate- Technical
2- 2 to 4 years of Mall/or any big facility experience is a must
3- Excellent interpersonal skills
4- Leadership and decision making qualities are essential
5- Possess good English skills (both written and spoken) ability to speak Arabic an advantage
6- A good team player with strong analytical skills
7- Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information.
