Salary: 15,000 AED per month
Experience: 5-7 years in cargo management
Role Purpose:
Oversee and manage airline cargo operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Manage overall cargo operations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and safety protocols.
• Develop strategies to optimize operations and enhance profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, logistics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in cargo management within the airline industry.
• Knowledge of air cargo operations, handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Competencies:
• Understanding of international aviation regulations (IATA standards).
• Proficiency with cargo management software and tracking systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and risk mitigation skills.

• Cargo Load Factor
• On-Time Delivery Rate
• Handling Accuracy
• Compliance Rate
