Leasing Administrator required
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• With 2-3 years exrience
• Review and process all new lease agreements, amendments, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinates lease documents related to deals, including signed documents, payments, client details forms and registration/licenses, receipts, etc.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing upcoming lease expirations, provision details report, renewals, and other pertinent information for management review.
• Manage the vehicle handover process including coordination with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Handle escalated issues and complaints from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with special projects as needed, such as market research, cold calling, and due diligence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and system
