Passionate about aviation engineering? We have an exciting opportunity for Field Service Engineers to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi! Work directly with military aircraft at our AERS operational facility.
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll provide on-site technical support, coordinating with the client’s team, the End User, and stakeholders. Solve queries, drive fault investigations, and ensure timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address technical queries and provide innovative solutions.
• Keep customers informed of query progress.
• Operate the Technical Query Desk, maintaining a comprehensive database.
• Drive the FRACAS process and completion of emergent actions.
• Monitor and report aircraft and support service engineering performance.
• Identify reliability trends and make enhancement recommendations.
Requirements:
• Strong aviation technical/engineering background.
• Experience in military aircraft operational environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to hold signatory approvals.
