We are looking for a Customer Service Presentative Arabic Speaker to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi immediately. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1 to 3 years of experience in contact center and customer service industry, preferably in a well-established delivery company in UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, arrange deliveries, handle emails, chat box, and ensure clients feel supported and valued.
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and contact centers.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Arabic speaker is a must.
