Position Title: Production Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A highly respected group in the FMCG Distribution Industry, based in Abu Dhabi, known for its high-quality brands, servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region
Job Description:
Supervise and direct production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and other personnel according to established procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process to improve product quality and consistency.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment, do preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.

Qualifications:
Male, 25 to 50 years old
Minimum 10 years of total experience in Production
Must have knowledge in Coffee Manufacturing with Engineering background
With PMP and SAP knowledge
