Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operation Executive to join our team in the car rental industry. As the Operation Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our car rental business. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car rental business, including vehicle rental, fleet management, customer service, and maintenance.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the rental fleet.
• Manage the customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the business.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs as necessary.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, rental agreements, and customer data.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and collection of rental fees.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in the car rental industry, with a strong understanding of operations and fleet management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
