• Education: Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering/ equivalent education (or equivalent industry experience) Experience.

• Troubleshooting the issues
• The ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• An analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Able to work in a team environment
Area of expertise’s (have an added advantage)
• Implementing, managing routing and remote access
• Program installations
• Hardware and software installation
• Network development and administration
• Hardware knowledge
• Experiences (have an added advantage)
• Experience in troubleshooting the issues
• Experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in hardware and software installation
Responsibilities and duties:
• Maintenance for payment machines/ kiosks
• Troubleshooting the hardware for machines and pc
• Configure ip address and supporting router.
• Managing users, computers and groups
• Image pc and add domain ensure support service is timely and accurate on daily basis
• Installation and configuration of various software packages
• Implementing, managing routing and remote access
