Training and Development Executive

We are looking for Training and Development Executive in Abu Dhabi
Main responsibilities
• Contribute to the implementation of the process of analysing training needs by reviewing the strategic objectives and training priorities, counting the views of line managers about training, studying the possibilities of application and calculating the estimated cost of training programs.
• Extracting employee data, such as qualifications, previous experience, and the level of current and future job competencies for them, through the human information system to determine the levels of training programs that suit their training needs.
• Participate in preparing and developing the annual training plan in the office, which includes a group of general and specialized training programs, including preparing and estimating the annual training budget in the office.
• Auditing training requests, and verifying the availability of financial allocations for them within the training budget.
• Participate in the implementation of training programs in accordance with the general training plan in coordination with the best training centers and companies and universities in the country and complete the necessary procedures and operations with the competent organizational units in the office for implementation and follow-up.
• Coordinating and preparing the basics for holding training workshops, preparing requirements for reservations, and being present in training courses to ensure the trainees’ attendance
Qualifications and experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or its equivalent in a similar discipline, a diploma in human resources or its equivalent in a similar discipline, or high school diploma
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree without experience or a diploma with 3 years of experience in the same field, or high school diploma with 6 years of experience in the same field.
