Position Title: Head of Quality Assurance
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 39K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus annual housing and health insurance maximum up to 3 dependents
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational.
Job Description:
Establish Quality Assurance system, including documented procedures, processes and policies.
Develop division plan and contribute to the development of the Company strategic plan.
Lead the implementation of the relevant capabilities required for organizational excellence to achieve continuous improvement in performance as a result of an effective learning from previous performance and best practices.
Lead the implementation of innovative practices towards achieving leading positions for the Company.
Establishes, monitors, and reports all strategic planning and evaluation activities of the department to ensure appropriate measures are in place and utilized for the achievement of the company strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
Open to Arabic nationals
45 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Education and/or any relevant specialization
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Quality Management or Education and Training and/or Regulatory Affairs
Experience in Institutional Effectiveness, ISO certification, and School inspection
Experience in implementing quality management systems such as ISO 9001
Demonstrated knowledge of Abu Dhabi Excellence Award Program (ADEAP)
