Job description

 Responsible for the daily Accounting entries of the company(ledger,JV’s,Purchases, PDC’s, payment, receipts)

 Petty cash posting by project wise cost and control.

 Expert in VAT Calculation and VAT Filing.

 Should have good experience in filing system.

 Should have expertise in Submission of Bank related Documents and application.

 Should have experience for Audit reports submission.

 Should have knowledge intercompany transactions.

 Reconciliation of All Accounts on monthly bases i.e. suppliers, bank Accounts, clients.

 Preparation of all monthly financial reports.

 Provide reporting and budgeting as required by Senior Management.

 Manage company and project cash flow.

 Should have knowledge of WPS and payroll process.

 Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in accounts specialization.
2 to 3 years of Experience in Building construction
Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
Must Have Knowledge in ERP System / Preferable Focus & Quick book
Understanding of commercial insurance policies required
Language proficiency: English/Arabic
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:

Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:

Arabic,English (Required)
