Job Description

Startup of the plant and equipment such as Compressors, Pumps, Heaters in coordination with Operation

Loop Checking, function tests and troubleshooting of control system equipped with Foxboro I/A series DCS, ESD System and PLC system
Attending emergency call outs related to instrument maintenance jobs.

Calibration of critical instruments.
To carry out planned and unplanned shutdown activities.

To carry out in house projects, modification jobs, etc.

Skills & Professional Requirements:

Level Measurement Instruments: DP type level transmitters (Foxboro, ABB, Honeywell, Rosemount), Air purge type transmitter, Float and board type level gauge, magnetic float type LG, Reflex type LG, Radar type level Transmitter, Displacer Type level.

Flow Measurement Instruments: DP type flow meter, Rota meter (Trac, Flow-tech)

Pressure Measurement Instruments: Pressure transmitter (Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, E&H;, Foxboro)

Temperature Measurement Instruments: RTD(PT100), Thermocouple, Temperature Gauge and Knowledge Flam scanner.

Control Valves: Pneucon, R.K., Flowserve, Samson & I/P converters (Forbes Marshall, Moore, Taylor, Watson smith) Fisher DVC Series (6100,6200,6020), Siemens PS2 Positioner

Handling of master calibration instruments: HART Communicator 375&475;Rosemount, DPI Calibrator, Fluke, Scandura B20.
