Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the interview process, providing feedback to hiring managers as needed.
Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates and extend job offers.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Participate in employer branding and marketing initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related field.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current employment legislation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
