الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure Maintain system inventory Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions Monitor resources for capacity, storage planning, and performance Ability to research issues and apply suggested solutions. Administer security tools (Cloudflare, Mimecast, CrowdStrike, Fortinet Firewall) and respond to events and alerts from SOC and NOC. المهارات o Knowledge and Experience with policy configuration for M365 Intune, One Drive, Sharepoint Administration o Knowledge and Experience of M365 Security features. Other qualifications: 1. Master’s or degree in computer science, IT, Telecommunications or equivalent 2. Holder of CompTIA in A+ or Network+, is an advantage. 3. Cisco certification CCNP, CCIP, OCDP or equivalent advantage 4. 5-10 years of proven work experience in UAE or Gulf region as a technical Support engineer 5. Fluent in English 6. Mastering Windows, Android and IOS, Linux 7. Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control 8.
