الوصف الوظيفي • Ensuring Municipality requirements are implemented by the construction team as per the NOC conditions. • Reporting to the interface manager all the critical areas and potential conflicts. • Consulting regularly with the representative of design and construction departments to inform them about the actual status. • Preparing No Objection Certificates (NOC) applications in (English/Arabic) to Governmental Authorities like AGP, ETISALAT, ADDC, TRANSCO, CICPA, ETIMAD, Armed Forces (GHQ) …etc. and coordinating with all authorities on all NOC applications, design/construction specifications, and design reports. Maintaining the Interface Tracking Register and updating the Interface Status for each Project. • Taking the lead on technical matters with interface parties including all stakeholders. • Responsible for alerting the managements on any interfaces or clashes with other contractors before and during the construction period and work with construction team to expedite a solution. • Utilizing lessons learnt from previous/ ongoing projects and site activities/experience and ensuring that the project is appropriately executed, to the required quality, schedule, and cost. • In the absence of interface manager, assuming the role of interface manager and taking decisions pertaining to interface management in coordination with the Discipline Engineers. المهارات Tie-in advanced work packaging Integrated schedule development for interface activities تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/interface-engineer-project-interface-engineer-4668158/ |
