Optimuz , a product by Ventures Middle East which offers inbound and outbound communication and customer service solutions for B2B and B2C marketing as well as operational analytics modules.
Optimuz is currently looking to hire Business Development Managers.
Scope of work: Responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Development of new business opportunities through prospecting
Developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
Identify trends and customer needs in the Contact Centre and BPO industry, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote company’s products and services
Ensure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner
Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement
المهارات
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experienc ein UAE market in BPO and contact centre industry
Bachelors Degree in similar field
Bilingual/Arabic-English
Understanding of contact centre and BPO operations
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
