Manage and Oversee stock of products while execute inventory control.
Merchandise retail products and do proper display spacing.
Manage daily pet grooming schedule.
Maintain and monitor high standard for customer service.
Manage store’s E-commerce transactions such as whatsapp.
Provide daily sales report to the Manager
Ensure safety of all pets inside the facility.
Knows how to handle customer complaints professionally and politely
Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
QHSEEn:
Checking of vaccination records for all pets entering the grooming facility.
Ensuring all expired products are not displayed. All expired products must be recorded.
Checking to ensure the assigned duties meet required standards.
Switch off all the power consuming equipment when not in use. Also advise the same to fellow workers.
Promoting & self-following safety regulations.
Ensure all staff are wearing their assigned work uniforms and work card.
