Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits

Job Description:
Assisting the restaurant manager and general manager in carrying out their duties.
Setting sales targets to the team in order to maximize sales and profitability.
Providing FOH team with a stimulating and supportive environment while maintaining standards of customer service.
Coordinating daily front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house restaurant operations.
Working as the manager on the floor (MTF).
Working as the manager on duty (MOD).
Submitting paperwork on documentations for incident report, finance report, broken equipment and or internal employee related matters
المهارات
Qualifications:
40 years old and below
Minimum 4 years’ experience on same role related to healthy food concept restaurant
Can join by March or April 2023
