الوصف الوظيفي Public Relations Officer (Reports to: Admin Officer) The primary objective of this position is to perform all public relations functions of the business. Within this context, the position holder coordinates and executes a wide range of tasks in a number of functional areas, including but not limited to: general administration, human resources, operations & logistics, and accounting. This task coordination and execution includes (without limitation) communication in person, by phone, fax, email and online/portal access. The position reports to the Admin Officer of the company and will coordinate closely with the logistics section and accounting. The position will also interface with outside parties (authorities, banks, customers, suppliers, third party service providers, etc...) as needed. A secondary objective of this position will be to support the warehouse and logistics activities of the business that include: receiving products, picking & preparing products for delivery, and organizing & executing customer deliveries, according to the company’s established policies and under the direction of the Admin Officer.
