Position Title: Technical Trainer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
Deliver technical training courses required for each level of repair and maintenance
Define and prepare the course syllabus with the direction of Senior Training Specialist
Develop SAT certified training courses
Assess individual training needs and compile individual training plans
Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance, when required
Provide progress and performance reporting
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to UAE nationals
40 years old and below
Higher diploma with at least 10 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment or Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment
Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer
Preferably with experience and knowledge within the military and its training programs
Knowledge of SAT approach to training is preferred
Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
