According to the instruction, correctly operate various kinds of process equipment in the steel pipe making mill.
Keep the equipment as best condition by checking, cleaning, oiling and so on.
Especially adjust each equipment carefully to get satisfactory dimension and appearance of the pipe.
Operate, adjust and check the automatic, semi-automatic or manual equipment according to the instruction
Keep each equipment as best condition by cleaning, oiling and so on. Monitor the actual conditions during operation
Follow the QMS & HSE management system procedures for individual responsibilities and authorities
Report each actual condition to the MES system, also monitor the logbook of MES after pipe process.
Change tools, parts, devices, position and so on according to pipe size/grade. Identify nonconformity pipe according to the instruction
Assist maintenance department in case of equipment trouble and cooperate with them for preventive actions. Assist to find a cause of the defects to keep good pipe quality, also maintain the respective machine as per daily, weekly & monthly check list.
Measure the pipe dimension according to the operation procedures & record the measurement.
Adjust the equipment to get satisfactory dimension and appearance of the pipe
Keep the designated productivity according to the pipe size/grade
Control inventory of the working materials properly
Write and issue a daily report to the persons concerned
Implement sorting, organizing, cleaning, sanitizing and disciplining in the working place, keep the shop floor neat & clean.
Obey safety rules and propose safety measures voluntarily
If operational requirement then grinding & gas cutting operation to be perform.
المهارات
Ten years schooling with minimum 5 years of work experience in Lsaw pipe mill.
Two year industrial training certificate with 3 years of work experience in Lsaw pipe mill.
