الوصف الوظيفي HR is hiring for one of the clients in the Facilities Management industry. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to build key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities to provide facility management services. Arranging client meetings, visiting suppliers & consultants, and generally opening the door for the company technical teams to develop proposals for work, attending industry functions, and organizing marketing events. Securing and closing new MEP/ Civil and building maintenance contracts. New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts, and renewals. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role Should have a good track record of closures within TFM/IFM solutions.
