Responsible for building and establishing positive relationships between Maximus and the client
Liaising between the Operations team and the clients to ensure high quality delivery and prompt resolution of any issues
Understanding the customer’s business drivers, structure, and strategies, to ensure solutions have maximum business impact.
Providing thought leadership, superior value, and solution innovation “through the eyes of the customer”, this forms the cornerstones to building a meaningful long-term relationship.
Working with an involving the customer closely in the planning, execution, and periodic review of the business relationship to build customer loyalty and retention.
Building a superior knowledge of competitor tactics and strategies to drive unique differentiation, enabling the account team to demonstrate exclusive benefits.
Using technology as a means of reinforcement, idea exchange, and accelerating account team effectiveness
Developing and implement action plans to improve company-client relationship. Focusing on realistic, quantifiable, results oriented implementation is essential.
Developing and present weekly reporting and tracking service delivery against KPIs
Developing and presenting more comprehensive performance reporting, and continuous improvement plans on behalf of the Operations team to the client. This includes designing presentations and dashboards for client consumption
Ensuring client needs are communicated to the Operations Director and Leadership and factored into the goals of the programme
Working closely with Operations Director to set objectives and implement strategies necessary for achieving set goals and target
Analyzing industry trends to identify developments in client relations and adjust accordingly
