Responsibilities:
Assure compliance with Client’s project gateway process
Develop project business case and obtain necessary funding and approvals
Develop and maintain a project execution plan detailing plans to manage benefits, time, cost, quality and safety effectively
Manage professional consultants to ensure that design work remains on schedule, within budget and expectations.
Coordinate design phase activities/deliverables with the Client, architects, engineers, subconsultants, stakeholders, agencies, tenants, airlines, etc. relative to facilities design and systems.
Chair and conduct progress and manage coordination of meetings, preparation of agendas, presentation materials and appropriate meeting notes or minutes for same.
Stakeholder management and engagement through the design development phase
Management of necessary handover processes to take projects from design phase into procurement and delivery by others
Acts as owner’s representative during the construction phase to monitor compliance with business objectives
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree level education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably in a similar environment.
A demonstrable working knowledge of Passenger Experience in Airports is an advantage.
Professional charter ship in relevant discipline is desirable
Project Management Qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
