We need our Architectural CAD Technician to be versatile and thoroughly familiar with required contractual obligations and technical aspects of all facilities as well as those who have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills. المهارات - Perform site and field work including site investigations, existing facility inventory and field measured documentation. - Uses CAD system to enter the required data, such as precise measurements and commands, in order to generate construction drawings, renderings, report graphics and other digital images. - Prepares layouts, drawings and designs from detailed sketches and/or drawings made by technicians, designers or technical professionals, converting paper documents into computerized files. - Uses CAD to redesign, modify, or otherwise edit existing design. - Makes minor mathematical calculations. - Checks final drawing to verify completeness, clarity and accuracy of drawing. - Complete assignments efficiently and in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. - Communicate regularly with the team and stay within the hours budgeted for tasks assigned. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed. - Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary. - Minimum of 5 years UAE experience is preferred. - Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
