Job Overview

The Site Architect Inspector reports directly to the Office Manager and/or Project/ Resident

Manager and provides Support services to the Project Team(s) as requested.

Specifically, the Architect Inspector will be responsible for and undertake the following duties

and activities.

2. Duties and Activities

a) Assist senior site Architect

b) For Site operations:

i. report to Senior Site Architect

ii. participate in site operations, testing, and handing over as needed,

iii. review shop drawings & submittals as required,

v. conduct site inspections.

e) Actively participate and assists the Senior Site Architect in all project related

daily matters,

k) Maintain a current set of project documentation which includes the Design/

construction and their related addendums,

Bachelor degree in architecture
familiar with building codes and zoning
Fluent in English
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
