Junior MEP Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

· Follow-up the Inspections for mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on the site.

· Carryout the supervision of MEP subcontractor’s day to day activities.

· Ensuring that the MEP works are going on site as per the approved baseline program.

· Ensuring that the MEP works are going on site as per the approved materials and shop drawings.

· Assure that all the delivered MEP materials are inspected and approved by Consultant via Material Inspection Request.

· Assure proper coordination between the Subcontractors and Civil team.

Submit daily progress report to the management for the works are done on site.
Comply to HSE requirements.
Supervision of installing temporary utilities (AC, Power & Water supply).
Strong communication skills.

المهارات
Experience: 3-4 Years’ experience in the Construction Field in UAE.

Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Driving License: Have UAE Valid Driving License and Vehicle.

Nationality: Preferred to be Arabic (Jordanian or Egyptian)

Job Type: Full Time.
