Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
Leading and executing all administrative duties to facilitate the redeployment of employees across Parsons’ MEA operations.
Ensuring the data integrity of internal job applications and internal mobility talent pools.
Driving awareness of internal career opportunities by supporting employee outreach activities and internal recruitment marketing
Liaising with employees and providing guidance on internal career opportunities across the MEA region.
Providing assistance to the Internal Mobility Manager with all redeployment and Internal Mobility activities.
المهارات
Required Experience:
3+ years of professional work experience in an administrative or HR role; applicants with exposure to internal mobility and/or recruiting will be given preference
Excellent organizational skills with a strong track record of success in an administrative capacity
Fully conversant with MS Office Suite (any exposure to recruitment ATS will be advantageous)
A self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to engage with cross-functional internal stakeholders
