Hiring for Application Support Officer – Locally available only!
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• NP: Immediate
• Technically adept in one of the technology stacks: .Net/SQL Server OR Java/Oracle
• Should have 3-4 years of working in application support
• Should have good knowledge of ITIL – incident management, problem management, service request fulfilment
• Should have experience of working on L1 and L2 application support.
• Have experience of coordinating with L3 and Vendors to provide resolution to end user
• Should have experience of coordinating with L3 teams to assess application performance and plan SIPs
• Good communication skills
• ITIL foundation certified (v3 or v4)
