The UAE Distributor for Aenaon is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to support the sales effort in this market: Business Development Executives Main Responsibilities: ▪ Build relationships with doctors and medical centres, and position Aenaon effectively ▪ Proactively visit doctors and medical centers who are within the target audience for the brand ▪ Be prepared and rehearsed to present product information and introduce new products to the doctors. ▪ Develop in cooperation with Team Leader and Management Team, a winning strategy to drive sales and generate revenues from existing and new customers. ▪ Prospecting; conducting presentations and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process. ▪ Create regular, purposeful communication to build business relationships with potential key accounts within medical centers and clinics. ▪ Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, strategic objectives and customer’s expectations. ▪ Implement effective marketing / sales techniques to promote company solutions - in ▪ Represent Aenaon by attending and networking at events, seminars & congresses related to healthcare and cosmetic industry. ▪ Engage in productive marketing activities, trade exhibitions, conferences, as required, and regular department meetings to build in continuous feedback mechanisms. ▪ Meet, and outperform, KPIs and sales targets المهارات ▪ Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy or Chemistry or Biology or healthcare business. ▪ Favorable: experience in marketing/sales/business ▪ Previous experience (min 3+ Years), as Medical Reps.Pharmaceutical/Medical industry ▪ Strong Communication and people skills, problem solving, agile planning and relationship building skills are required. ▪ Fluency in English language (written & verbal) ▪ Computer Skills: MS Office-Social Media-CRM تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/business-development-executives-4521356/ |
