الوصف الوظيفي Client Experience Officer *MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB * The Client Services Officer works within the team of the Medical Director to provide hospital level Clinical Governance administration of complaints, incidents and medico-legal cases. This individual would work sensitively to close complaints and lead to resolution of such incidents and to liaise with the corporate governance team where this is not possible. In addition, the individual would assist with ensuring clinical privileges are documented, that CME activity is facilitated and support is given to the academic program at Airport Road Hospital * Coordinate complaints, incidents and medicolegal cases. * Communicate directly with complainants and resolve issues * Investigate incidents that are dealt with in the Medical Director’s office * Coordinate the Clinical Privileges for physicians in the MAIR cluster * Coordinate the Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Committee * Assist the Sentinel event committee as required. * Support the Academic program that is developing at MAIR, including supporting CME * Work with the Quality team to engage Medical staff in service improvements * Clinical background of Medicine, Nursing or an allied field to degree level as a minimum * Must have at least two years of relevant experience or a similar role demonstrating abilities required in the post Previously worked within a healthcare or professional services environment Previous experience working in a multicultural environment * Become a part of our Talent Community and we will get in touch with you as soon as there is a relevant opening that fits your skills, interests and experience.
