Role: Consultant Business Case Development
The consultant is responsible for supporting the development, execution and monitoring of a Benefits and Business Case for the Client’s Digital Transformation. Contributing to this objective, the consultant will support the development of a Benefits Categorisation Framework, Benefits Profile(s), Benefit Realisation Plan(s), Benefit Gating Framework, Case for Change, Change Strategy, and Success Metrics.
Day to Day Operations
Support the development of deliverables through the coordination, documentation and subsequent tracking of: * the identification and qualification of benefits for the Client * Benefit Realisation Plans * a change vision * a compelling ‘case for change’ * a change strategy, encompassing elements of how to run an organizational change management (OCM) program * the definition of ‘success’ for the OCM program with expected outcomes and success metrics * the collection of feedback to support refining the change narrative for sustained resonance
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR Management / OD or other relevant discipline * Relevant OD and/or change management, HR certification is desirable * 3+ years’ experience leading or supporting change management initiatives and organizational design * Direct experience contributing at a senior consultant level to high profile Digital Transformation programs or Change Management projects * Experience working in a commercial consulting team environment or internal transformational unit at a large enterprise
