Senior Process Consultant - ITIL: Delivery
ROLE PURPOSE
Highly motivated ITIL Process Consultant who is responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of the ITIL process and cost-effective process improvements to ensure service enrichment and user experience. Act as the ongoing interface between the customer and the ITSM implementation team to capture requirements, provide ITSM advisory / consulting solutions for best practices, ensure a fool-proof service design is implemented by the ITSM team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES and SKILLS
* Responsible to own the design and implement the end-to-end ITIL processes * Have an extensive experience in IT Service Manager and ITIL best practices * Assist in developing cost-effective solutions around processes to meet customer’s business requirement * As an experienced ITSM Consultant, have a strong experience in Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Incident, Problem, Service Level Management, Change, Asset & Configuration Management * Provide ITSM advisory service to the customer and the implementation teams in the capacity of implementation, process improvements / re-engineering, through adoption of ITIL and out of the box best practices to ensure service enrichment and user experience. * Discussion with customer on Process Requirement Specifications to discuss and validate functional and non functional specifications for the suitable process design scope as per the customer environment. * Conduct directed Process design workshop with customer to gather current processes * Process enablement workshops with Technical Team * Prepare Process design document as per gathered inputs * Conduct planning sessions and jointly agree on baselined process * Finalize and Submit Process documents for customer review * Incorporate consolidated review feedback obtained from customer * Ensures the successful design and implementation of the below modules: +

* Assess current maturity of ITIL / ITSM and work with the customer & the implementation team to build the ITIL Service roadmap. * Ensure all communications are clear, effective and appropriately targeted * Provides subject matter expertise to process Owners and process working group members on ITIL v4 and Service management * Assist with service management process architecture and process assets. * Coordinates with team to provide the right inputs for process definitions. * Reviews the deliverables provided by the team before they are presented to the process owners and stakeholders * Finalizes process flows and process assets and facilitating process definition
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or) computer science (or) related filed. * ITIL v4 or equivalent certification preferred * Certifications in any technology streams are preferred
Minimum Experience:
*
12 - 15 Year of overall experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles.
Job Specific Skills:
* Should have excellent process understanding, experienced in process designing and process mapping in ITSM implementations * Should be practitioner in the area, focused on core IT Service Management / ITIL functions. * ITIL v4 Expert
